No. Devopsly requests read-only permissions and never modifies your infrastructure. Every recommendation is something you apply yourself.
Configuration and billing metadata — instance types, volume encryption status, backup retention settings, snapshot timestamps, spend by service. Never the contents of your databases, storage buckets, or application data.

Yes. Devopsly is in open beta, capped at 20 users so we can support everyone properly, and it's completely free for every beta user. No card required, and we won't charge you without asking first.
Because it's one person supporting it. Twenty users is what we can genuinely respond to, fix bugs for, and build around. When the spots are gone you can join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment we open up.
From data we've already calculated from your own account, summarised by an AI model. It's instructed to use only your real figures and never to invent data. Your cloud credentials are never sent to the AI provider.
A small amount, and we'd rather you hear it from us. Devopsly reads your spending data through the AWS Cost Explorer API, and AWS charges $0.01 per request directly to your account — in the region of $2–2.50 per month per connected account. We deliberately sync cost data at most once every 20 hours rather than on every check, because AWS only refreshes it about that often anyway. There's no reason to bill you four times for the same numbers.

Yes. Disconnecting a cloud account deletes its credentials and all of its synced data immediately. To delete your whole account, email privacy@devopsly.app — during beta we do this by hand, usually the same day, and there’s no self-service delete button yet.
Yes. Subscriptions run to the end of the current billing period, and refunds are available within 14 days of a charge.
